| zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Drawing on social information processing theory and resource allocation theory, the current study integrates the literature on leader humility with the literature on creativity. Multi-level path analysis results with data from multiple time points (three phases) and multiple sources (employees and team leaders) involving 347 employees from 95 teams reveal that leader humility at both the individual level and the team level had indirect effects on employee creative performance. Specifically, we found that team-level voice safety climate mediated the relationship between team-level humility leadership and individual-level employee creative performance and that individual-level idea generation process engagement mediated the relationship between individual-level employee perceived leader humility and employee creative performance. In addition, team-level humility leadership affected individual-level idea generation process engagement via team-level voice safety climate. Managerial implications and future research are discussed. | en |
