摘要: | 一般相較於有段變速系統,廣為速克達機車(Scooter)所使用的V形皮帶無段變速器有傳動效率較差的缺點。但電動機車搭配無段變速器(CVT),經過適當的配合,可能有助於提升其性能與效率。多路無段變速器的設計概念即為改善CVT之效率而生,此混合型傳動系統結合固定速比傳動裝置與無段變速裝置為一體。藉由離合器的切換,使動力在CVT效率不佳的操作環境下,由高傳動效率的固定速比傳動裝置傳輸,可以改善CVT的效率表現,並提升車輛的性能。本研究所討論的多路無段變速器係由鍊條傳動裝置與V形皮帶CVT所組成,依鍊條傳動裝置的數量與離合器的配置方式可區分為三種系統。本研究首先以鍊條與皮帶CVT等子系統的效率與力學模型,搭配不同的切換邏輯,建立三種多路無段變速系統的數學模型。其次,配合行車阻力與馬達性能曲線建立完整的車輛運動模型,並利用Matlab撰寫數值分析程式。接著模擬搭載不同多路無段變速裝置的小型、中型電動機車、與輕型電動汽車等三種車輛,在不同行車模式下的效率與性能表現,以皮帶CVT做為對照,挑選出改善效果最佳的多路無段變速系統。最後,針對搭載該系統的兩種電動機車在不同參數設定下的行車特性進行討論,模擬結果可呈現設計參數對於車輛性能與系統效率的影響。 Comparing to normal transmission systems, the rubber V-belt continuously variable transmissions (CVT) popularly used in motor scooters have lower efficiency. The electric motor cooperated with CVT can enhance its performance in application for electric motorcycles. The purpose of multi-path continuously variable transmission is to improve the efficiency of CVT by combining a CVT with transmissions which have fixed reduction ratios and higher efficiency. When incorporating clutches are engaged, the scooter can be driven in different transmission mods. In the study, the multi-path CVTs are combined with a rubber V-belt CVT and one or two roller chain drive systems, and can be sorted into three types by the clutch arrangement and the number of chain drive systems. First, the model of multi-path CVTs have been established, with the model of vehicle resistance, and the performance curves of BLDC motors. Next, a Matlab program is developed to analyze the performance and efficiency of three types of electric vehicles under different traffic patterns. Compared to a traditional V-belt CVT, the system configuration with the best efficiency is then selected. Finally, by adjusting the parameters of the selected system, the characteristics of multi-path CVT are discussed. The result of simulation can represent the effect of design parameters on the performance and efficiency of the system. |
