Through the development of the Internet and Information technology, human are in an era of knowledge explosion. Since there are more and more channels to get information, variety methods of learning emerged. From teaching face to face to via computer and even the Internet, e-learning seems to become a general way of education. It also implies that the popularity of mobile devices created the possibility of mobile learning.
This research aims to build an Interactive Mobile Learning System. Combining the function of VoIP and interactive whiteboard, this system enables both teachers and students to efficiently interact while maximizing the positive effects of m-learning. The preliminary usability test indicates that educators and learners can communicate with each other instantly and efficiently during the process of learning through this system. Moreover, this system also provides good user interface and personalization functions that lead to positive experiences and effects of e-learning
