dc.description.abstract | 花椰菜 (Brassica oleracea var. botrytis L.)為十字花科蕓薹屬蔬菜作物,性喜冷涼溫和氣候,屬於綠植株春化型植物,30℃以上高溫時花球出現生理障礙,減損農民收益。以夏作耐淹水品種’嬌雪’與夏作不耐淹水品種’農生45天’為試驗材料,於25℃與光週期16 h/8 h的生長箱中育苗3~8週後,配合17℃/15℃與20℃春化0~6週,以解剖顯微鏡觀察花芽創始情形,結果以3週苗經17℃/15℃春化2週,最快有90%以上植株的莖頂直徑達0.6 mm花球創始,於此春化過程中,莖頂可溶性糖與可溶性蛋白質含量均較未春化者高。上述春化苗移至25℃/20℃生長箱,花球能繼續分化發育;而未春化組移至25℃/20℃ 2週,莖頂未進入花球創始階段。但若於25℃/20℃人工氣候室種植,則無需春化處理即可於22天結球。以17℃/15℃春化2週苗移至35℃/30℃生長箱2週後,其莖頂由寬變窄,出現逆春化現象,植體中之硝酸還原酶(nitrate reductase, NR)、過氧化氫酶(catalase, CAT)、抗壞血酸過氧化酶(ascorbate peroxidase, APX)及過氧化物酶(peroxidase, POD)的活性皆不規則變化。春化苗與未春化苗於夏季在臺北35℃/30℃人工氣候室栽培,植株葉數減少、葉片Fv/Fm值較低,下位葉葉緣白化,皆無法結花球。兩品種25℃所育3週苗經17℃/15℃春化1、1.5及2週,與未春化之3及4週苗於夏季栽培,以’嬌雪’17℃/15℃春化2週苗在夏季栽培於臺北溫室之產量與收穫指數最佳,但春化1週者55天結球最快;’農生45天’ 3週苗經17℃/15℃春化2週與25℃未春化之4週苗,均為定植後55天結球,比未春化之3週苗提早10天,但產量與花球外觀並無差異。兩品種春化2週苗在夏季於臺南溫室栽培,定植後65天全部達採收標準,比其他四種處理提早20天,但’嬌雪’各處理間產量沒有差異,’農生45天’產量反較其他處理低。兩品種於25℃所育3週苗經17℃/15℃春化1、1.5及2週者,’嬌雪’苗期莖頂可溶性糖含量與臺北夏季產量呈正相關(r2 = 0.81**),葉片可溶性糖含量與臺南夏季田間產量則呈負相關(r2 = 0.93*),葉片可溶性糖含量與莖頂CAT活性均與臺北25℃/20℃人候室栽培之結球天數呈正相關 (r2 = 0.91*)(r2 = 0.94*)。’農生45天’莖頂APX活性與臺南田間產量呈負相關(r2 = 0.94*)。夏季栽培花椰菜’嬌雪’與’農生45天’ 3週苗於3週苗以17℃/15℃春化處理2週,可增加產量或提早結球。 | zh_TW |
