| zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The research aimed to investigate the comprehensive relationship among mindfulness, psychological health and dynamic emotion regulation with ‘The Day Reconstruction Method’. The study recruited 111 participants and measured 4 times state affects and the dispositional mindfulness (with Mindful Attention Awareness Scale) and psychological health (with Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale). The multilevel hierarchical model revealed that: (1) mindfulness related with the negative affect negatively across each time moment. In addition, individual with high mindfulness would experience lower global negative emotion, lower negative emotional variability and higher negative emotional differentiation. (2) Both negative affect level and negative emodiversity mediate the relationship between mindfulness and psychological health, and the effect of negative emotion level is beyond the effect of negative emodiversity. (3) ‘The Day Reconstruction Method’ is a good for investigating the whole picture of daily dynamic affect. The findings not only examine the hypothesis that mindfulness focus on regulating multiple negative dynamic affects and this approach can capture more detail within the mechanism between mindfulness and psychological health. | en |
