本研究旨在建立植物工廠內的小白菜(Brassica chinensisL.)水耕栽培的高產能標準作業模式,首先由六個品種篩選出翠玉白菜作為後續量產研究的對象,其次針對光量、栽培密度、環境溫度、養液與施肥時機等栽培參數進行探討。以單株鮮重、年產能、光子產能、電力產能與硝酸鹽濃度等作為量化指標來評估整體效益,進而選出建議的栽培標準作業程序。 研究結果顯示翠玉白菜量產的標準作業條件如下: 室內日夜溫度維持25℃,二氧化碳濃度維持1000 ppm,使用T5 冷白螢光燈管為光源提供420 μmol.m-2.s-1的光量,栽培分成兩階段: 第一為育苗階段,為期 14 天,栽培密度為710 株.m-2(株距3.5cm),每日施予24小時光照,在浸種後第二天即添加電導度濃度為1.2 mS.cm-1的營養液。第二為育成階段,為期 14 天,栽培密度為76 株.m-2 (株距11.3cm),每日光照 16 小時,使用與前階段相同濃度的營養液。 基於以上的作業條件,預期之指標數值如下: 單株重120 g,年產能為至少220 kg.m-2,光子產能(Quantum Yield) 為21 g.mol-1,電力產能(Power Yield) 為73 g.度-1,硝酸鹽濃度約為 5000 ppm,此數值仍然偏高,應採取適當方法來降低硝酸鹽濃度以進一步改善產品品質。 Abstract This study aims to develop a standard operating procedure (SOP) for the high throughput production of hydroponic grown Chinese white cabbage(pakchoi cabbage,Brassica chinensisL.). Totally six varieties were tested. One variety was chosen for further investigation. Growth related parameters such as light intensity, density, temperature, timing of adding the nutrient solutionand light period were investigated. Fresh weight per plant, annual production amount, quantum yield, power yield and concentration of nitrate were used as the quantitative evaluation index of the performance of various SOPs. Study showed that the SOP can be as follows: The day / night temperature kept at 25 / 25℃, CO2 concentration kept at 1000 ppmthroughout production periods.Provide 420 μmol.m-2.s-1of light intensity using T5 fluorescent lamps. Production can be separated into two stages: The 1st stage (seedling stage) required 14 days, the planting density is 710 plts.m-2(3.5 cm spacing), with 24 hours continuous lighting and add nutrient (EC equals 1.2 mS.cm-1) at the 2nd day after seeding. The 2nd stage (mature stage) required another 14 days to grow. Planting density changed to 76 plts.m-2 (11.3cm spacing), with 16 hours of light period per day. Concentration of nutrient solution maintains the same with previous stage. Based on above mentioned SOP, the projected outcomes are as follows: Fresh weight of single plant will be around 120 g, the annual production will be more than 220 kg.m-2, the quantum yield (QY) will be greater than 21 g.mol-1,and the power yield (PY) will be greater than 73 g.deg.-1. The nitrate concentration will be around 5000 ppm. Means to reduce nitrate concentration need to be taken place to further ensure the quality of the vegetables. |
