摘要: | 本論文在分子設計上結合電子予體和電子受體基團,合成一系列雙極性之藍色螢光放光體材料。論文第一部分將探討以菲並咪唑 (phenanthroimidazole) 為電子受體,結合電子予體咔唑或二苯胺後所合成的雙極性材料。其中命名為PBC和PBnC的分子有很高的量子產率,製備成非摻雜式有機發光二極體時,其外部量子效率和CIE色度座標分別為6.6%、(0.16, 0.06) 及5.4%、(0.15, 0.08)。
第二部分改以咪唑並鄰菲咯啉 (imidazophenanthroline) 為電子受體,希望可藉此增加電子傳遞速率。之後在咪唑並鄰菲咯啉 (imidazophenanthroline) 上其咪唑(imidazole)的1、2號位置分別引入電子予體咔唑或二苯胺。並將探討此系列材料之基本性質和元件應用。 A series of bipolar blue fluorescent emitters have been synthesized through the combination of phenanthroimidazole or imidazophenanthroline as the electro-accepting moieties with the electro-donating arylamines such as carbazole and diphenylamine. In the first part of this thesis, the phenanthroimidazole-based molecules connected with carbazole and diphenylamine were designed, synthesized and characterized. The blue emitters PBC and PBnC with high photoluminescence quantum yield demonstrated external quantum efficiency (CIE coordinates) up to 6.6% (0.16, 0.06) and 5.4% (0.15, 0.08) respectively in nondoped organic light-emitting devices,. In order to achieve better electron transporting ability than phenanthroimidazole-based materials, we further accomplished the isomers of imidazophenanthroline-based emitters in the second part of this thesis. The fundamental properties and applications of these materials were investigated by means of the analytical measurement and device fabrication. |
