摘要: | 為瞭解風機葉片在各種風況下的受力情形及安全性,本文使用有限元素分析軟體ANSYS中的CFX流場分析模組,計算葉片壓力分佈的情況,並把此結果匯入有限元素分析軟體中,進行結構分析,將這些壓力分佈結果以分佈力的形式映射到葉片的有限元素模型,作為負載條件,以蔡吳理論(Tsai-Wu failure criterion)來判斷葉片是否有遭受到破壞。本文針對4支葉片進行流場及結構分析,首先進行V47及V80葉片之分析,探討葉片的破損原因,並將V47葉片之分析結果與實驗之數值進行比對,驗證模擬之正確性。接著依據葉片設計公式及NREL公布之葉片資訊,設計出3.6MW及5MW葉片幾何外型,改變其葉片的複材疊層,探討分析結果,並比較不同材料之成本、強度及重量。 In order to understand the load distributions and the safety of large-scale wind turbine blades under various wind conditions, ANSYS finite element analysis (FEA) software package was often used for investigation. The pressure distribution on the blades was calculated by use of ANSYS CFX flow field analysis module . The resulting pressure distribution was mapped on to the finite element model of the blades using distributed forces as the loading conditions. After finite element structural analysis, the Tsai-Wu failure criterion was used for damage prediction. In the present study, the flow fields and structures for four types of turbine blades were investigated under the aforementioned methodology. First, the V47 and V80 blades were studied for damage prediction. The results of V47 blade analysis were compared against experimental data for verification of the accuracy. Second, based on the blade design formulas and the turbine blade data released by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, the 3.6-MW and 5-MW blades were designed, plotted and analyzed. With various types of lamination, the costs, strengths, and weights of the proposed laminate composite blades are studied and compared. |
