摘要: | 在台灣,商用土雞雛雞生產目前從種雞場至孵化場的流程中並沒有記錄履歷資料,缺少了種蛋孵化和雛雞運銷的資訊,現行的產銷履歷僅能從畜牧場開始,所以無法確知整個生產流程中生產雛雞的種雞群,這是一項管控上的瑕疵,少了這個環節,雞隻的生產履歷將無法完整被建立。為了讓履歷資料更為完整,種蛋孵化與雛雞運銷資訊非常有必要保存且記錄下來。為了將這些資訊作後續的利用和查詢,我們應以科技化方式來管理雛雞生產,將產銷資訊數位化,無線射頻辨識(Radio Frequency Identification, RFID) 就是一項可以滿足我們需求的技術。RFID是利用射頻訊號以無線方式傳送及接收數據資料,加上RFID的電子標籤能透過封裝來適應孵化場的環境避免污損,標籤內更有獨立的ID可供辨識,這樣的技術,在國內農業領域已應用在生產、運銷和安全管理上,所以非常適合導入在孵化場作雛雞生產管理。
本研究以商用土雞的雛雞為研究對象,結合RFID技術應用於種蛋孵化至雛雞產銷之生產,在實地了解孵化場工作流程後,建立起商用土雞批次生產管理系統。我們透過自行設計的獨立編號將孵化蛋盤資訊和出雛運銷資訊記錄在網路的資料庫中,以網路追溯平台建立起雛雞批次生產的可追溯性。結果顯示,本研究開發的系統在孵化場的實際測試中可以精確地記錄資訊,孵化場可以透過網路追溯平台進行雛雞生產資訊的管理,購買雛雞的畜牧場也能透過出雛紙箱上的QR Code條碼查詢購買資訊,成功的達到雛雞生產管理。 本研究也透過工時研究,使用Arena軟體進行電腦模擬的方式,對孵化場各項作業作導入系統的評估,發現孵化作業和發生作業的作業關鍵皆在於拆裝標籤的工作,出雛作業在於計數雛雞的工作,並在綜合各項改善方案的模擬結果後,各自找出較佳的改善方案,使得與原本現況作業相比的工作時間縮短率分別縮短了56 %、54 %、63.2%,顯示改善方案對於系統的使用有顯著的改善,研究結果可以提供孵化場在使用系統時做為評估和參考。 Regarding batch production of commercial native chicks in Taiwan, we didn’t record the food traceability from breeder farm to hatchery. With less of the information of eggs hatching and chick transport, we could not trace chicks’ breeders. This is a big leakholegap in the batch production of commercial native chicks, because the complete traceability of chicken can’t be linked. For this purpose, we should adopt a technology to manage production of commercial native chicks at hatchery and use this information for follow-up and inquiry. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) can wirelessly send and receive data by radio frequency signals, so it can meet our needs. In addition, RFID tags can be used to adapt the environment of hatchery through package for avoiding contamination. The technology has been commonly used in agriculture for production, marketing and management. This study aimed on native chicken as the object and established its batch production management system which was integrated RFID technique into the application of production from eggs hatching to chick transport. We record information of egg plate and chick shipping carton by independent serial numbers and transmit them into the web database which is the base for the traceability query. The results show the system succeeded in managing batch production of commercial native chicks, and managers can search productive information of chick on the website. Buyers can scan chick shipping carton’s QR Code to search for the information of chicks. Using software of Arena to develop computer simulation and performance analysis could improve working efficiency and worker utilization in hatchery of using batch production management system. The results of simulations showed that settling tags was the bottleneck during the process of hatching and the process of transferring eggs. And counting chicks was the bottleneck during the process of shipment. The computer simulations indicated a better improvement suggestion for each process, which can decreased working time by 56 %, 54 %, 63.2%. The results can provide hatcheries as assessment and reference for better efficiency. |
