dc.description.abstract室內裝修設計公司在從事設計估價作業流程時,往往花費大量的時間在面積、尺寸的計算上,在討論或裝修的過程中又時常面臨業主要求變更設計,導致整體估價也需重新更改,又再次花費大量作業時間在重新計算面積數量。故本研究嘗試利用導入BIM於室內裝修估價作業上,以實際案例操作驗證BIM是否適合於室內裝修估價作業,並且提出實際研究數據包括1準確性、2作業時間效益、3成本的經濟效益等。
本研究以民間商業空間為實際研究案例,步驟為(1)對實際完工的案例進行丈量作為依據,(2)再運用BIM進行3D建模,(3)得到的數據與原始估價兩者同時與新丈量資料做比對。
本研究所得到的答案對於估價準確性確實提高,也證明確實縮短估價作業時間,並且證明的確具有其經濟效益。

dc.description.abstractInterior design companies often spend a lot of time on the calculation of area and size during the procedure of design price evaluation. During the discussion or the process of decoration, companies may be required by the clients to change the design, leading to changes of the total quotes. Thus, design companies again have to spend a lot of time on recalculating the area. This company aims to apply BIM to the interior decoration price evaluation and verify whether BIM is suitable for it through the operation of practical cases.
The actual research data involve: (1) accuracy (2) operating time efficiency (3) economic effectiveness of cost.
This study uses civil commercial space as practical research case. The steps are as follows: (1) measure the finished cases to serve as reference (2) use BIM to build 3D model (3) compare the data obtained and the originally evaluated price with the new measurement.
The proposed method can enhance the accuracy of price evaluation, shorten the operating time of price evaluation, and have economic effectiveness.
