dc.description.abstract | 本研究提出一個雲端行動運算的架構來整合各個來源的旅遊健康相關開放資料。台灣的國際旅遊持續成長,但也成為傳染病散播的途徑。為了促進旅客在國際旅遊時的健康照護,我們想要幫助旅客更方便的收到旅遊醫學資訊,並使旅客了解他們所需做的準備。
我們的研究設計了一套資訊整合的系統,包含兩部分,前端以行動裝置應用程式作為使用者獲取資訊的介面,後端將文字探勘所得開放資料正規化,並以內容傳遞網路作為資料備份和傳送媒介。本研究整合的開放資料包含美國疾病管制局的CDC Health Information for International Travel、The International Society of Travel Medicine (ISTM) 世界旅遊醫學名單、台灣食藥署的處方箋及外交部提供的旅遊警報和境外緊急連絡方式。透過適地性服務,以Google Map圖資導航功能輔助旅客在需要時選擇適當的醫院。 我們完成的旅遊醫學App,在旅遊前規劃的階段提供旅遊醫學資訊,輔助旅客準備旅程、疫苗、備藥。在旅遊中,旅遊醫學App會動態更新當地疫情警訊、提醒旅客服藥、幫助旅客緊急聯絡、輔助就醫決策。完成旅程後,旅遊醫學App的紀錄能幫助旅遊後照顧及下次旅遊前的諮詢。使旅客在各階段皆可即時得到充足資訊和服務。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | In the study, a Mobile-Cloud-Computing framework is built to integrate open data about traveler’s health from several sources. International travel has become a way for epidemic disease to spread. To reduce the possibility that travelers being infected, we provide travel medicine information to travelers from Taiwan, and notify them how to prepare for travel healthy.
Our study has designed a disease information integration system, which composed of two components. The front end is a mobile-based travel health information integration platform for demonstrating open data. The back end is a web service-based system for open data text mining, normalizing, and pushing through Content-Distribution-Network. We integrate Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Health Information for International Travel, The International Society of Travel Medicine (ISTM) Global Travel Clinic Directory, Food and Drug Administration (FDA) medicine open data and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Taiwan travel alerts and emergency calls into our system. With Google Map navigation, the system provides decision support system for travelers to obtain location-based travel medicine information. We have implemented the Travel Health App to provide real-time handy travel medicine information for international travelers. Our app supports travelers plan their trips get travel medicine advice, schedule their vaccine, fill prescriptions. During travel, our reminder will update local disease alerts, remind taking medicine, provide emergency contact or help go to hospital. The records made before can assist post-travel evaluation or the next pre-travel health advice. This app helps Taiwanese travelers with integrated, translated travel health information. | en |
