dc.description.abstract本論文敘述以功率整合器結合數個壓控振盪器,經注入鎖定方式,使各振盪器頻率一致,並以偏壓調整振盪器相位,使功率整合器輸出端之各振盪器訊號同相,以達到最大整合輸出功率。首先第一章介紹相關理論,包括振盪器原理、注入鎖定原理及功率整合器原理。第二章則敘述振盪器之實作過程,包括設計、模擬及量測。第三章敘述功率整合器之實作、振盪器之注入鎖定實驗以及將數個振盪器之功率整合實驗結果。第四章為本論文結論。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, a study of power combining of several oscillators is presented. Oscillators are coherent through injection locking technique. One then, adjusts the biases of oscillators to adjust the output phases to give the maximum output power at the output port of a power combiner. In Chapter 1, the basic theories are introduced including oscillator theory, injection locking technique and power combining structure. In Chapter 2, the oscillator design and simulation and measurement results are presented. In Chapter 3, the design of power combiner and simulation and measurement results are given. Measurements include injection locking and power combining of oscillators. Chapter 4 is the conclusion.en
