| dc.description.abstract | 台灣的育嬰假系統始於2002年,2009年擴大育嬰假適用範圍並開始發放育嬰假津貼。在育嬰假系統改革後,女性的育嬰假申請人數約成長為3倍。利用全民健康保險研究資料庫,本文分析育嬰假政策改革對2007到2010年生產的職業婦女是否在生產當年申請育嬰假的影響。發現政策改革顯著地提升私營企業的母親申請育嬰假的機率,且對其中低所得的母親影響較大。此外,根據本文的研究結果,母親在生產當年申請育嬰假顯著地降低小孩1歲前因傳染性疾病住院的天數。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | In 2009, the border of parental leave system was extended in Taiwan. Not only were more people were eligible for parental leave, but also the authority started to partially compensate parental leave. After parental leave reform, three times more female applicants take parental leave for their children. The policy change allows a researcher to study the impact of parental care on early child health using children's birthday as instrumental variable. The estimates suggest that the extra parental care may reduce their children's vulnerability to contagious diseases in hospital before their first birthday. | en |
