摘要: | 有機發光二極體與光伏整合元件為一兼顧改善有機發光二極體之環境對比度與利用光伏元件進行能源回收概念之綠色科技元件,然而此元件之有機發光二極體光耦合效率因整合光伏元件吸收所放之光能量而大幅下降。本論文將簡介有機發光二極體與光伏元件,並簡述其整合元件之發展狀況,使用時域有限差分法計算出光耦合效率,而光伏元件效率考慮了嚴格耦合波分析、泊松方程式與連續性方程式。為提升有機發光二極體與光伏整合元件之光耦合效率,於結構中加入光學濾波器,設計其反射頻寬為有機發光二極體發光頻譜之範圍,本論文使用布拉格反射鏡作為光學濾波器,討論不同布拉格反射鏡結合有機發光二極體與光伏整個元件之結構,研究其光耦合效率、光伏元件效率與環境對比度之綜合表現,並加入法布立-培若干涉儀之概念,對於布拉格反射鏡有進一步之理解,並將其影響納入布拉格反射鏡之材料選擇,使得元件表現有進一步之提升。 Photovoltaic-device-integrated Organic Light Emitting Diode (PVOLED) is a green technology concept that both improves the ambient contrast ratio (A-CR) and recycles the energy by the photovoltaic device. However, due to the emitting light absorbed by the photovoltaic device, the out-coupling efficiency of OLED drops a lot. We will introduce the OLED, photovoltaic device, and the history of integrated device. We use the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method to get the out-coupling efficiency, and the efficiency of photovoltaic device is calculated by rigorous coupled-wave analysis (RCWA), continuity equation and Poisson's equation. In order to enhance the out-coupling efficiency of PVOLED, we introduce an optical filter in the structure, and the reflection spectrum of the filter is designed to be corresponding to the OLED emitting spectrum. In this study, we use the distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) as the optical filter, and discuss the overall performance among out-coupling efficiency, efficiency of photovoltaic device and A-CR with different DBRs. By introducing the concept of Fabry–Pérot interferometer, we can further understand the DBR structure. By choosing the materials of DBRs with considering the effect of Fabry–Pérot interferometer, the device performs better. |
