dc.description.abstract | 由於新科技之變革所引領之雲端化政府趨勢,本研究有幸參與國內重要部會面臨前述新科技變革與跨組織整合需求之契機,並透過實務理論及工具之探討,以及學術理論之詮釋,參與財政部財政資訊中心面對新科技引進及因應組織改造之資訊資源整合議題。透過參與研究場域--財政部財政資訊中心於100年6月至102年11月之七個研究案,並藉由多重個案研究法、電子化政府整合評估以及組織溝通與意義建構之相關文獻探討架構,試圖匯整研究場域之整合過程、組織溝通過程,以及意義建構歷程,以回應公部門如何面對新科技引進之跨組織整合過程,以及公部門面對新科技引進之跨組織整合過程。
研究結果發現,新科技的引進一向被視為組織創新的重要元素,亦被視為加速組織整合與提升競爭力的重要工具,然而單獨藉由科技並無法達成組織內整合目的,組織溝通與意義建構的歷程才能真正提升組織內部的信任感與認同感,進而達成組織意會的綜效,達成組織整合的重要目的。而其中科技意義建構、組織意義建構、信任感累積,皆為連續且動態社會化歷程,而階段性任務之達成而進行變化不同的意義建構歷程亦需不同的溝通網絡之配合,更是組織進行溝通的重要關鍵。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Since new technology leading the trend of cloud-government, this study have the opportunity to participate the important opportunity of information organization integration, and apply the practical and academic theory to participate the fiscal information agency to face the information resources integration organizations in response to the organization transformation. Through participation in the case study from 2011 to 2013, apply multiple case studies, e-government organizational integration, organizational communication and sense-making to aggregate the processes of organizational integration, organizational communication, and sense-making, in response to how to deal with public sector organizations across the integration process of the introduction of new technologies, as well as public sector organizations across the face of the introduction of new technology integration process.
The results found that the introduction of new technology has always been regarded as an important triger of organizational innovation, it is also considered to accelerate the organizational integration and enhance the competitiveness of an important tool, but by technology alone can not achived, organizational communication and sense-making can really enhance a sense of trust and identity, and then reached the synergies sense of organization and reached an important objective of organizational integration. The technology sense-making, organizational sense-making, trust accumulated, are all continuous and dynamic, and reached the stage of the mission carried different communication network are important to organizational communication. | en |
