dc.description.abstract | 本論文將描述一應用於IEEE 802.15.4標準、2.4 GHz頻帶之傳輸器。此傳輸器可以支援傳輸速率從2 Mbps到20 Mbps。調變方式可支援OQPSK以及HS-OQPSK兩種調變方式。此傳輸器架構採用以相位選擇器為基礎的傳輸器架構,且應用有限脈衝響應式濾波器,對基頻資料進行波型調整。
本論文第一章將先介紹撰寫本文之動機,與IEEE 802.15.4標準與Zigbee協定介紹。此傳輸器的系統參數設計根據IEEE 802.15.4標準。第二章介紹採用的調變方式以及數位濾波器。調變方式介紹Quadrature Phase Shift Keying (QPSK)系列,包含Offset-QPSK (OQPSK)以及OQPSK with Half-Sine Shaping。數位濾波器有兩種,一種為有限脈衝響應濾波器,另一種為無限脈衝響應濾波器。本文將提及其基本架構以及相關優劣比較。第三章為電路介紹,包含此傳輸器架構及其電路設計、頻率產生器及其電路設計。第四章為量測結果與分析討論。第五章為結論與未來可繼續進行之方向討論。 此傳輸器採用台積電0.18 um CMOS製程製造,功率消耗為18.2 mW,供應電壓為1.6 V,輸出功率為-3.6 dBm,EVM (RMS)為8%,Sideband Rejection為39 dB。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | A low-power transmitter designed for the IEEE 802.15.4 is presented in this thesis. This transmitter operates at 2.4 GHz band and supports data rate from 2 Mbps to 20 Mbps. The signals transmitted by this transmitter can be modulated with the OQPSK and the OQPSK with half-sine shaping. This TX employs a RF phase modulator which incorporates a FIR filter for waveform shaping. The transmitter architecture is based on Phase-MUX architecture. Fabricated in a 0.18-um CMOS process, the TX, including a PLL, draws 11.4 mA from a 1.6 V supply and delivers an output power of -3.6 dBm. It achieves an EVM of 8% when operating at 2Mbps. | en |
