dc.description.abstract | 本文使用多組態Dirac-Fock方法與雙位能扭曲波法,來計算電子碰撞類鋰離子之游離過程。以一系列原子序由低到高之類鋰離子為靶,計算入射電子動能為1.05到15倍或35倍游離能的碰撞游離截面。在高能量碰撞過程以及高原子序之靶離子中,相對論效應及量子電動力學效應會對碰撞游離截面積造成明顯影響;且貢獻隨著能量及靶離子之原子序增加而增加。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The total and single-differential cross sections of electron-impact ionization of lithium-Like Ions are investigated through the multi-configuration Dirac-Fock method (MCDF) and two-potential distorted-wave approximation. The calculation includes the cross-sections for a dozen of selected nuclear with charge Z between 4≤Z≤92, and incident energy from 1.05 to 15 or to 35 units of ionization energy. The calculated results are compared with the published theories and with experiment. The relativistic effects and the QED effects make a significant contribution to the cross sections at high incident energy and highly charged ions. | en |
