dc.description.abstract | 在本文中會探討如何把電子自旋傳輸微波振盪器(STNO)及磁性隨機存取記憶(MRAM)整合在一起。而從研究中可以發現,考慮注入垂直於平面的自旋電流之情況下;特定半徑及材料的組合會對於各種磁性狀態之切換(onion state , clockwise vortex state , counterclockwise vortex state)較有利。而哪些型態的圓柱(如中空圓柱或是圓柱內部放入另一種材料)容易得到穩定的微波振盪器或作為MRAM也會在最後加以討論。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This paper investigates a way to assemble spin transfer torque oscillator and magnetic random access memory together. It would be shown that what radius and which material of ring is most effective in switching onion state, clockwise vortex state and counterclockwise state by injecting perpendicularly to plane polarized current. What fabrication of cylinder of different material inserted in the hole of ring could be suitable to get stable microwave and easily-controllable magnetization state also would be covered in this paper. | en |
