dc.description.abstract在可攜式裝置如手機上面整合各式各樣的功能與應用已經成為科技市場的主要研究發展趨勢,而投影系統即是其中之一。我們設計製作出一個約硬幣大小的微投影系統,此系統可以和手機結合以投射簡單文字或數字等訊息以符合個人隨身使用之應用如顯示來電號碼等,並達到微小化設計、低功率消耗與低生產成本等需求。
我們所設計的微投影系統主要元件有四:一顆高功率綠光LED作為投影光源,一個錐狀導光管用於收集光束並改變光場形分布、一片微小穿透式液晶面板可顯示所需文字訊息當作影像來源,和一組投影透鏡光學系統。導光管和投影透鏡的設計模擬軟體是TracePro®和ZEMAX®。在本論文中,總共討論並展示了三代的設計與實驗結果,並針對出光流明數與漏光情形進行分析。

dc.description.abstractIt has been a trend to develop all kinds of useful and fancy applications for portable devices to offer more convenience to human daily life. Projection system is one of them. There are situations for personal uses when displaying only digits or simple information is needed. For such applications, miniaturization must be achieved and the projection system is required to have lower power consumption. The price should also be more affordable.
In this thesis, a miniature projecting system about the size of a one-dollar coin using two lenses for its optical system, a transmissive liquid crystal display (LCD) as its image source and a high power light emitting diode (LED) with a tapered light pipe as the backlight unit is proposed. Three generations of our designs are fabricated and discussed.
