dc.description.abstract | 伸手取物相關研究指出物品的內在與外在特性會影響上肢伸手取物時的及物與抓握表現,但少有研究探討伸手取物遇突發狀況時,人們如何調整動作以因應環境的改變,例如:日常生活中常有錯誤預期物品重量的情況。因此,本研究設計以非預期改變物品重量為突發干擾,透過運動學分析探討人們如何在難以預期物重的變動環境下控制伸手取物動作,以及不同年齡族群是否具有相同的控制與因應策略。
本研究收案採方便樣本,年輕人與老年人各16名參與實驗,研究中請參與者伸手拿取兩種重量不同但外表完全相同的鋁罐,並以立體三維影像攝影記錄參與者伸手取物的動作表現。研究設計分為前測(拿取重物、輕物之區塊設計)、練習(隨機設計),與後測(區塊設計)三部分。研究所得運動學參數將進一步以雙因子變異數分析進行老化效應與情境效應(物重、重量轉變類型、前後測)之比較。 結果顯示,在非預期情況下,兩族群因應物重突然改變所進行的動作調整並無差異,但遇不同類型的重量改變(即重變輕抑或相反)時,會影響人們提起物品的調整表現。在經歷持續的隨機物重轉變練習時,年輕人相較老年人能夠較穩定地調整及物與提起的動作時間。練習過後進行後測,兩族群的伸手取物表現皆改變,老化效應與物重效應不僅影響了及物過程,也同時影響了提起過程,年輕人及取物品時間變長,顯示變得較謹慎,但老年人並無此現象。另外,老年人相較年輕人於及物及提起階段在部分運動學參數(例如:及物時間、達及物與提起最大速度時間百分比等)皆有著較大的變異程度,不似前測時,兩族群在變異程度上並無明顯差異。比較前、後測拿取不同物重的表現,當中只存在老化效應,且老年人拿取輕物時相較年輕人較難立即停止。在動作變異方面,老年人及取輕物時相較年輕人表現較不穩定。 總結來說,伸手取物的動作會受年齡或物重影響,當遇到非預期物重轉變,兩族群皆有相似的調整動作,但不同型態的重量轉變,會使得人們的調整動作有所不同。在變動環境下年輕人有著較佳的適應表現。歷經練習後,年輕人顯得較小心,而老年人動作變得不穩定,顯示兩族群開始採取不同的伸手取物策略,以因應未來可能的突發狀況。 | zh_TW |
