摘要: | 機器視覺正朝向數位化、網路化、智慧化的趨勢進步,而環場影像正是相關技術的近期發展重點,其拍攝的架構可分為單一超廣角鏡頭、單一鏡頭旋動或移動、多鏡頭架構等三種,扮演關鍵角色的即是其中的全景鏡頭,本文之研究目標在於組成全景鏡頭的影像校正系統及其設計流程與製作公差的改善,首先由大視角鏡頭的畸變像差談起,探討具備光學分析涵義的數位影像處理解決之道,再試著推廣應用到其他種類像差的影像校正技巧上,可運用光跡追蹤軟體中的光像差圖與光斑圖,在光學設計時可以放寬像差方面的考量,同時也讓製作公差能夠擴大範圍,如此可以實現將鏡頭光學特性整合於前端處理系統之中,並符合電子元件在價格普及與性能進步的速度都遠較光機元件快速許多的潮流。除了像差外,若以影像對位方式完成環場影像者,尚需考慮到攝影機模型以及影像記錄媒體的解析度分布,本文期許能擴展相同使用數位及處理光學的概念至一般使用的鏡頭設計與製作中,使其有利整合進其他機器人化視覺系統,加深機器視覺系統應用層面的多元化。 Panorama is recently a developing focus in Machine Vision field under the trend of digitalization, network-connection, and intelligence. It can be made by one omni-directional camera, one moving or rotating camera, or combined multiple cameras. Image correction and system design of panoramic lens of these approaches are exactly the main goal of this study. From fish-eye lens to other popular lens set, this study tends to apply digital image processing methods, based on optics viewpoint, to eliminate distortion aberration or further other Seidel aberrations by ray aberration figures and ray fan figures in ray tracing software. These methods can not only change constraint setup in automatic optimization of lens design in optical design programs but also increase tolerance in opto-mechanical manufacturing. Besides lens aberration and other instinct camera parameters, extinct camera parameters and camera model are also considered in panoramas made by image registration and stitch. This article specially notes camera model plays a much more essential role that neglected by past researches. It is expected the suitable combination of both digital image processing and optics concept will provide a better improvement in panorama related technologies. |
