| dc.description.abstract | 由於自閉症孩童的發展與適應有著不易了解的特性,其預後通常也難以預測,極可能造成母親的不確定感。本研究之目的為探討自閉症孩童母親不確定感的程度,以及與母親不確定感嚴重程度的相關因素。
本研究以台北縣市有服務自閉症孩童之九間醫療院所、一間兒童發展中心及一間自閉症相關協會為取樣範圍,共有64位育有泛自閉症學前孩童母親參與本研究。自閉症孩童母親不確定感及其相關因素採用自填式量表評估。在資料分析方面,以描述性統計探討自閉症孩童母親不確定感的程度,並以獨立t檢定比較本研究與其他研究母親不確定感差異;再以皮爾森積差相關及逐步迴歸分析了解與自閉症孩童母親不確定感嚴重程度的相關因素。 研究結果發現,自閉症孩童母親與其他重病孩子母親一樣,有著高度的不確定感。其不確定感程度高低與距離孩童確診時間的長短,或孩童的能力發展及生活參與狀況的好壞無顯著相關。與母親的教育程度、對於健康照顧人員的信任程度及社會支持則有顯著相關,母親教育程度越高、對於健康照顧人員的信任程度及覺知社會支持越高,其不確定感就越低。 本研究結果提高健康照護人員對於自閉症孩童母親不確定感之覺知,且可透過提供母親相關資訊與支持,減輕母親的不確定感,進而有助於母親積極參與自閉症孩童的照顧與訓練。 | zh_TW |
