dc.description.abstract | 近年來,「綠化」已經成為公司永續發展策略中非常重要的議題。
| zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Green has become a very important strategic issue for corporate sustainability in recent years. Many countries and worldwide organization have passed or set policy to regulate the business practice for compliance. Such move in deed has caused a great attention in the business community. However, there are few studies to examine the impacts caused by such changes. Even fewer studied found for the developing countries. Under the increasing presence of developing countries in worldwide economy, this study examines the key factors for those firms who adopt green IT in Taiwan.
Based on Green ITAM, two constructs, Green IT Groundwork and Green IT Readiness are developed and tested. Within the model, drivers are included: economic, regulatory, and ethical drivers. The empirical testing results indicate that government support has a significant impact on firm’s adoption of Green IT. Specific measurement tools are also developed to measure the content of drivers as well as government support. The effects of such drivers are discussed. Finally, managerial implication and suggestion are concluded. | en |
