| dc.description.abstract | 近年來關於創新對於生產力的研究主要集中在已開發國家,而大部的研究結果均顯示創新的確對生產力有正面的影響。本篇論文主要想探討,在開發中國家是否也能觀察到創新對於生產力的正面效果。近年隨著貿易自由化與全球經濟整合,中國電子產業在國際電子產品市場中扮演越來越重要的角色。本文利用中國國家統計局(NBS)的廠商層級資料,使用三階段的估計方法(CDM 模型)來探討中國電子產業創新對於生產力的效果。
研究的實證結果顯示,創新對於廠商的勞動生產力(LP)及總要素生產力(TFP)有顯著的提升。 此實證結果與大部分已開發國家的研究結果相符。同時結果也顯示個人電腦產業(404)和電子零件產業(405)是最具有生產力的。此外廠商投入越多研發費用(R&D),廠商創新成果也會越高。 研發和創新活動也在不同的所有權之間有所差異。就研發活動而言股份有限公司(SHE)和國營企業(SOE)研發活動最密集。而就創新活動而言,港澳台資(HMT)和外資(FOE)則在此項密集程度最高。如果就產業別來看雷達業(402)和通訊設備業(401)研發活動最為密集。而就創新活動而言,電子零件(406)和電視產業(408)表現最為傑出。 這篇文章主要在探討研發活動、創新和生產力之間的關係。這篇文章不僅討論廠商的創新活動決策過程,同時也探討創新活動對於生產力的影響。 | zh_TW |
