dc.description.abstract本研究主要探討小分子量的左旋聚乳酸(PLLA)與非結晶性聚乳酸(PLA)的混摻物薄膜的結晶型態。小分子量聚乳酸薄膜經過等溫結晶的處理後會形成不同於傳統球晶的型態,隨著結晶溫度的改變,高分子薄膜的結晶型態會跟著改變。利用光學顯微鏡OM觀察其結晶型態的轉變,並利用原子力顯微鏡AFM觀察其結晶晶片生長的型態,最後我們發現晶片生長的偏好影響了最後結晶的型態。
  另外,我們摻入了不同比例的非結晶性高分子PDLLA,藉由改變玻璃轉移溫度、平衡熔點以及可結晶相的體積分率,觀察結晶形態對熱力學參數之間的關係。

dc.description.abstractThis study focused on low molecular weight poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) and amorphous poly lactic acid (PDLLA) thin films of blends of crystalline material type. After the isothermal crystallization process, low molecular weight poly(l-lactic acid) film will form the pattern which is different from the traditional spherulite. With the crystallization temperature changes, the crystallization patterns of polymer film will change accordingly. Observed using optical microscope (OM) crystal morphology changes, and the use atomic force microscope (AFM) to observe the crystal growth of lamellae patterns, and finally we found that the preferences of the lamellae growth pattern affect the morphology.
  In addition, we blended with different ratios of non-crystalline polymer PDLLA, by changing the glass transition temperature, the equilibrium melting point and crystalline phase volume fraction, observed how crystalline morphology change by thermodynamic parameters.
