dc.description.abstract | This paper investigates other methods to measure factors that affect Poland in the 2008 Global Economic Crisis. Analyzing economic factors and human resource factors will provide a complete outlook for the future of a country. Poland has a strong economy with a lower unemployment rate and higher GDP growth rate compare to their neighboring countries. Analyzing only the economic factors will not help us to understand if the country will be able to succeed after the Global Economic Crisis. It is equally important to analyze the human resources of the country. Poland has as many secondary graduates and they have as many secondary schools compared to Germany. These secondary graduates will provide a robust workforce that will enforce Poland’s ability to succeed though the Global Economic Crisis. Using both economic factors and human resource factors this will give a better estimate the ability for a country to succeed. | en |
