| dc.description.abstract | 企業面對競爭者的威脅,以及顧客對於產品服務水準的要求提高,供應鏈間之複雜度以及供應鏈中所花費之成本所佔產品之比例也日益增加,供應鏈管理也愈形重要。供應鏈管理雖可大幅提高企業之生產力、降低成本、改善服務品質與增加顧客滿意度,但隨著日益激烈的競爭與變化快速的消費者需求,仍需要更多有效的理論及實作方法來執行,協同規劃、預測及補貨Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment(CPFR)便是其一。
而在過去許多討論CPFR文獻中,多偏向CPFR流程架構與導入效益等管理議題,以及針對預測模型的研究,學術上較少文獻提出協同補貨模型。而訂補貨是企業日常營運中不可缺少的重要活動,因此,很有必要對CPFR流程下協同補貨方法進行研究和探討。 本研究從企業成本的觀點出發,考量整體供應鏈的不同成本項目,求解營運成本極小的訂補貨建議量,研究不同情境下彈性訂補貨週期與物流產能限制對總成本及缺貨成本的影響。 透過本研究提出的模型,配合銷售預測資料以及不同情境求解,我們可以得到以下的結論: 企業在穩定的需求型態下,將原本傳統的固定補貨週期改為彈性補貨週期的訂補貨政策時,總成本上不會有太大的差異,卻能更有效的在對的時間點將對的產品補貨到適當的銷售點,因此在缺貨成本有大幅度的改善。此時物流產能也是影響缺貨成本的重要因素,重視消費者滿意度的企業,即使不改變訂補貨政策,也應維持充足的物流產能。如果企業處在變動較大的需求型態下,透過上下游的資訊共享,營運總部從整體的成本來規劃,採用彈性補貨週期的訂補貨政策能降低整體的營運成本與提升顧客滿意度。 | zh_TW |
