摘要: | 本論文主要著重於改進多頻帶濾波器之設計,並提出了三種針對不同方面改善的設計方法。其中兩種實做於印刷電路板上,而另一種則以低溫陶瓷共燒技術實現。所有設計方法都經過實驗的驗證。第一種設計方法是將槽線共振器嵌入微帶線共振器中,也就是利用微帶線共振器的地面做設計而使濾波器仍然維持小面積。第二種設計是使用低溫陶瓷共燒技術的基板合成波導雙頻濾波器,利用矩形共振腔不同模態場形的特性,可適當的選取槽線的位置來控制共振器間或輸入/輸出端的耦合。最後一種設計方法針對通帶的分佈做改善。為了達到一種特定的通帶分佈也就是其中有些通帶可靠得較近,而有些可分得較遠,我們採用了交錯堆疊的概念並且調整耦合係數使其中一個通帶一分為二。較靠近的通帶可用一分為二的方法來達成,而較遠的通帶可用共振器的不同共振模態來達成。 This thesis mainly concerns with improving multi-band filter designs. Three design methods of multi-band filter for different improvements are proposed. Two of them are fabricated on PCB, and the other one is fabricated by LTCC technology. All of them are verified by experiments. The first one is to embed a slot resonator into microstrip resonator. That is, utilizing the ground side of the microstrip resonator to let the filter maintain compact size. The second design method is about SIW dual-band filters fabricated by LTCC. Taking advantages of the characteristics of different mode field pattern of the rectangular resonant cavity, the coupling between resonators or I/O ports can be controlled by adequately selecting slots locations. The last design method focuses on the pass-band allocation. In order to achieve such band allocation that some of the bands are close and some of the bands are far away, the alternative cascade concept are used and adjusting the coupling matrix to bifurcate one of the bands into two. The close bands are realized by bifurcating and the apart bands are realized by different modes of resonator. |
