獨立型太陽能發電系統之設計分析與應用

Abstract

本研究旨在探討如何設計一獨立太陽能發電系統，在兼顧成本以及負載停載風險的雙重考量之下，由當地的氣候資料、負載的運轉耗電特性、太陽電池以及蓄電池本身的性能來決定此獨立系統所需要的匹配。在硬體方面則是設計能量管理控制器以及變頻器。前者是同時考量到太陽電池的發電狀態、蓄電池的殘電量以及負載的消耗電量來調節供電方式。後者則是針對負載的用電狀況，將負載的耗電量調節至最小以達到省能之目的。

The main purpose of the research presented is how to design a Independent Photo-Voltaic System under consideration of cost and lost-load probability. The system sizing is determined with data of local weather, characteristic of load operation, and the efficiency of solar cell and lead-acid battery. In the hardware, we design the energy administrator controller(energy management) and frequency converter。The former is to modulate supplied power with generation of solar cell, the residue condition of lead-acid battery and load consumption. The latter is to reduce load consumption according the load condition.
