摘要: | 基板合成波導具有低損耗特性,可用於設計高品質因子之微波與
毫米波元件,並可經由適當轉接結構與其他主被動電路連接,而將數 個射頻元件整合於一塊基板上。本論文主要係設計兩種架構的基板合 成波導方向耦合器,一種是枝幹耦合器,另一種是Riblet 短槽耦合 器,這兩個耦合器皆設計在30GHz,並將其應用於波束成型網路設計。 本論文共分為四章。第一章為簡介,說明研究動機與文獻探討。 第二章敘述基板合成波導方向耦合器之基本設計理論,包含枝幹耦合 器及Riblet 短槽耦合器,量測方面則敘述多埠電路量測理論。第三 章則應用所設計之基板合成波導方向耦合器,設計4x4 Butler 矩陣 電路,此架構具有設計簡單,所需元件數目最少之優點,可應用於波 束成型網路。最後針對本論文的研究成果,於第四章中做總結。 Substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) possessing the characteristic of low loss can be utilized to design high quality-factor microwave and millimeter-wave components. These components can easily interconnect with other passive/active circuits, thus designers can integrate several siw components on a single substrate. This thesis targets on designing SIW directional couplers of two different structures. One is branch-line coupler, and the other one is Riblet short-slot coupler. These two couplers are both designed at 30GHz and applied to beam-forming network design. This thesis is composed of four chapters. Our study motivation and paper survey are presented in Chapter 1. Chapter 2 reveals the basic theory of designing SIW directional couplers, including branch-line and Riblet short-slot couplers. The theories of multi-port circuit measurement are also described in detail in this chapter. In Chapter 3, the SIW directional couplers are used to implement a 4X4 Butler matrix circuit. The Butler matrix circuit has the advantages of easy design and the least numbers of required components. Finally, based on the results shown in this thesis, a conclusion is made in Chapter 4. |
