dc.description.abstract由於現在生活方式的改變,使得人們把大部份的時間都用來工作,較無時間運動,根據行政院衛生署統計,台灣民眾約有46%無運動習慣,並隨著科技進步,網際網路的盛行下,社群網路成為現代相當熱門的活動之一,因此我們設計了一個結合社群激勵與目標導向的網路應用程式,使用者能在系統中紀錄自己的運動行為,系統會每天提醒使用者運動情況,並透過與其他使用者的比較與激勵,希望能幫助使用者養成規律的運動習慣。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractBecause the lifestyle changes now, people spend most time to work and have no time for exercise. According to the Department of Health, Executive Yuan, about 46% people of Taiwan have no exercise habits. As technology improvement, social network is becoming popular. So we design a web service, NTUFit. , that combine with goal-directly and social excitation to help user have a regular exercise behavior. In this service, user have to record their exercise and system will remind user to exercise. In social excitation, every users can see each other’s exercise behavior and give some comment or encouragement.en
