dc.description.abstract | 本文試圖重新定義戰略文化的內涵,並以該內涵解釋中共自改革開放以來之對外武力使用。本文持論,戰略文化的意義應涵蓋威脅感知背後的價值層面,藉以理解價值衝突、對敵性質的判別,以及武力使用的必要性與否。故欲瞭解中共之用武行為,便必須先瞭解中國民族主義下的國家價值給定;戰略文化的另一個層面則是決策成員基於集體特質對於武力使用的認知,以及既有軍事思想所提供關於武力效度、期待目標,及武力使用的方式。威脅感知層面與決策成員特性經由軍文互動文化的連結下產生用武意圖;而軍事思想與決策者間之理性思辯則提供了武力使用的模式。 | zh_TW |
