dc.description.abstract龍蝦為台灣沿海高經濟價值漁獲物,本研究以台東沿海密毛龍蝦(Panulirus penicillatus)為對象,探討其生殖生物學特性,期瞭解該物種族群動態資訊,提供資源評估所需生物參數,以確保該資源之永續利用。自2003年9月起至2004年12月,按月至台東縣成功地區蒐集密毛龍蝦樣本,共計取得2,068尾密毛龍蝦,並收集外部形態資料與雌性生殖腺組織157個。經卡方檢定月別及頭胸甲長別性比,結果顯示2004年各月別間性比有顯著差異,且頭胸甲長大於80 mm 以上時雄蝦所佔比率有偏高的趨勢,然而各年總性比則皆為1:1。依據密毛龍蝦平均生殖腺成熟指數(GSI)、抱卵率、生殖腺成熟階段之月份別變化,推測密毛龍蝦全年都有產卵活動,而主要的生殖高峰在5∼9月間。各月份之頭胸甲長別抱卵率及頭胸甲長別卵巢發育階段變化顯示,體型較大的雌蝦(>60 mm CL)有先產卵的現象,在5∼9月卵巢能快速的再發育,估計一年可產卵至少3次;大部分雌蝦皆在夏季時產卵。估計台東沿海雌性密毛龍蝦50%功能上性成熟頭胸甲長(Size at functional maturity)為66.6 mm,50%生理上性成熟頭胸甲長(Size at physiological maturity)為56.5 mm,最小抱卵雌蝦頭胸甲長為43.5 mm,雄蝦功能上性成熟頭胸甲長為73 mm。推估密毛龍蝦單次抱卵數(Brood size)與頭胸甲長(CL)之關係式為YBS = 2.4 × 10-3 CL 4.18(n = 12; r 2 = 0.9),單次抱卵數隨體型增加而增加,卵粒大小與龍蝦體型無相關性。假設龍蝦一年產卵一次,估計密毛龍蝦之相對生殖潛能(Relative reproductive potential; RRP),發現被捕獲的龍蝦中,超過50%的雌蝦體型≦60 mm CL,但其只提供族群全部卵的貢獻量之7.93%,而體型>90 mm CL之雌蝦,雖然只佔全部樣本之0.68%,卻提供了族群全部卵貢獻量之12.59%。若同時考慮最小合法捕捉頭胸甲長(Minimum legal size, MLS)65 mm,以及最大合法捕捉頭胸甲長(Maximum legal size, MALS)90 mm則可保護族群36.27%的卵生產量,因此體型較大及較小的龍蝦皆需要被保護。zh_TW
