| dc.description.abstract | 本文利用行政院勞工委員會《勞工生活狀況調查》之原始檔案，研究對象為台灣地區2002年6月，15至65歲有參加勞工保險的勞工，並且除去職業為農林漁牧工作者以及其他者作為實証研究之樣本。本研究利用probit計量方法加以推估，觀察各自變數對於台灣勞工有無意願前往大陸工作機率的影響強度及方向，而得以了解影響台灣勞工赴中國大陸就業意願的決定性因素為何。而研究結果顯示，影響台灣勞工前往大陸就業意願的決定性因素分別為:國內相同行職類受雇人數的變化；男性較女性有意願前往大陸發展；未婚者會較有意願前往大陸工作；年齡在25-34歲以及35-44歲的台灣勞工是較有意願前往中國大陸工作的，而年齡在55-64歲的台灣勞工則是較不願意赴大陸工作的；教育程度越高的勞工，其前往中國大陸工作的意願會越高；工作年資越長的勞工，因為遷移成本較大，所以其遷移意願會越低；勞工的每月月收入在6萬元以上的高收入勞工，其前往大陸工作的意願較高；專業白領工作者，赴大陸就業意願較高；以及員工對目前工作的滿意度越高，前往大陸工作的意願會越低。 | zh_TW |
