| dc.description.abstract | 欲建立資訊與使用者間的連結，需先了解使用者如何使用書目資訊及其所需要的書目資訊項目。網路書店蒐集各式各樣的書籍資訊，建立豐富的資料庫，利用搜尋引擎及資料庫技術以提供使用者查詢完整的書籍資訊內容。雖然其興起不過短短數年，但所受到的歡迎程度及擁有的顧客群相當廣泛，而網路書店與圖書館在某種程度上有其相似之處，相信藉由不同的觀點來看書目資訊在網路書店的使用，應能提供圖書館界全新的思考，作為改善書目資訊應用之參考。
本研究針對網路書店提供的書目資訊進行深入之探討，以了解網路書店使用者利用書目資訊的概況及使用者的看法，主要的研究目的為：一、探討使用者對網路書店檢索及瀏覽介面的使用情形；二、探討使用者對網路書店書目資訊的看法；三、分析使用者評估網路書店書目資訊的策略；四、提供圖書館界作為改善書目資訊應用之參考。 本研究採用觀察法與訪談法，以國內博客來網路書店為實證環境進行探討，共計訪談30位具網路書店使用經驗的使用者，訪談資料以內容分析法分析後，再以「訪談對象基本資料分析」、「使用者對網路書店檢索及瀏覽介面的使用情形」、「使用者對網路書店書目資訊的看法」、「使用者評估網路書店書目資訊的策略分析」、「網路書店書目資訊與圖書館目錄之使用分析」等節呈現研究結果。 根據研究結果，提出八項結論：一、使用者常會交互使用檢索或瀏覽模式，且多數受訪者對檢索介面持較正面的看法；二、受訪者在網路書店檢索及瀏覽介面使用上所遭遇的問題，分別為輸入詞彙及類別的相關問題；三、受訪者建議網路書店在檢索介面上應加強提供「再檢索」的功能；瀏覽介面上則應加強個人化的介面及資訊的呈現；四、使用者用以篩選資料的項目為封面、書名、出版資訊；進一步判斷資料的相關性之項目則為內容簡介、目次、作者、書評、導讀等資訊；五、影響受訪者修正查詢策略的項目，包括：前次查詢結果清單所提供的關鍵字、網路書店所提供的資訊項目中所提及的其他資訊之超連結；六、書的內容資訊中，作者簡介及目次的資料，是研究者或專業領域使用者判斷否為所需資料的重要依據；七、網路書店所提供的書目資訊，對研究者而言略顯不足；八、依使用者的各式需求所設計的相關資訊，在無特定目的之情況下，可提供使用者類似逛書店的功能。 最後，從介面的設計、內容資訊的提供、資料可得性及個人化的相關服務上提出建議，以提供圖書館界作為改善書目資訊應用之參考；並對未來的研究方向提出進一步的建議。 | zh_TW |
