摘要: | 養殖場中正常魚隻及環境分離菌對常用抗菌劑的感受性資料,為魚病臨床治療及用藥的基礎。本研究的目的為了解台灣海水魚及淡水魚養殖場健康魚隻所分離到之目標菌的分佈及其藥物感受性。在海水魚及淡水魚養殖場中,於6種不同來源分別收集到738件及255件檢體,上述樣本中共分離到1682株及638株目標細菌。各分離株以瓊脂稀釋法進行藥物感受性試驗,結果得知:不論是海水魚亦或是淡水魚養殖場革蘭氏陰性分離株,對磺胺嘧啶、磺胺二甲基嘧啶、安默西林及氯黴素均具有高比例之抗藥性,這些分離株對歐索林酸、恩氟奎琳羧酸、ciprofloxacin、氟滅菌及部份胺基醣酐類具有較佳之感受性。全部革蘭氏陽性菌對磺胺嘧啶與磺胺二甲基嘧啶的抗藥性比例較高,對奎諾隆類、康黴素或健牠黴素的感受性較佳。不同分離菌對選定藥物的感受性濃度範圍分佈非常廣泛,且不見一致的順序;此外,目標菌亦常見多重抗藥性的發生。本試驗結果除了初步了解試驗選定菌在本省養殖魚類之抗藥性的基本分佈外,另可作為水產動物疾病治療藥物選擇時的參考。 Antimicrobials susceptibity of normal isolated bacteria at fish farms are one of the fundamental bases of clinical therapy. The aims of these studies were to investigating the distribution of selected bacteria and their antimicrobials susceptibility profiles at seawater and freshwater fish farms in Taiwan. In the seawater (freshwater) fish farms, six different sources which including 738 (255) related samples were collected. A total of 1682 (638) target bacteria were isolated. Regardless the sources of samples, antimicrobial susceptibility results indicated that all the Gram-negative bacteria were highly resist to sulfamethazine, sulfadiazine, amoxicillin and chloramphenicol. However, these bacteria still sensitive to oxolinic acid, enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, flumequine and part of aminoglycosides. All the Gram-positive bacteria were highly resist to sulfamethazine and sulfadiazine but quinolone, kanamycin and gentamicin were sensitive. The susceptibility concentration ranges cross-different species of bacteria over different drugs were widely distributed. The isolated bacteria with multiple resistances to selected antimicrobials were common. Our results can be used to estimating the antimicrobials resistance of target organisms in aquaculture. It also can be used for the selection of therapeutic drugs on veterinary clinical practice. |
