dc.description.abstract | RFID技術的應用早已經遍及我們生活的每一角落,尤其在近幾年Wal-Mart領頭掀起的RFID在供應鏈上的商品的革命,因而帶動了RFID在科技製造業、供應鏈、交通運輸業、零售、生產製造、醫療資訊、生物技術產業諸多的應用發展。在這些諸多應用中,在台灣各產業的應用以醫療導入RFID技術最為積極,起因於2003年國內受到SARS威脅,其傳染力大大地挑戰國內醫療院所感控能力,RFID以其追蹤、定位、辨識、遠距、非接觸的特性,因此成為政府及業界積極研發作為及早對病患進行醫療與阻抗SARS的疫情擴散的技術。SARS疫情之後,陸陸續續有幾家醫療院所紛紛以病人安全作為RFID技術導入應用的方向。國內醫療組織中導入RFID資訊科技技術導入初期,但其導入狀況對於往後技術引進有重大影響,本研究試圖以技術創新與技術擴散研究中,技術實施時所面臨的問題及影響因素針對技術導入現狀作分析,了解現階段技術導入時,有哪一些影響因素對目前RFID技術導入醫療院所應用有深切的影響,可做為現階段改,以及其他醫療院所導入RFID技術時引進作法的參考與建議。
在現階段應用顯示,使用者個人因素中,醫師的抗拒為最重要影響;組織特性中,管理者的支持、專業技術團隊與醫療實務的整合為重要影響因素;採用的資訊科技特性中,RFID技術確實可以提供較安全的醫療照護、較豐富的醫療資訊;工作任務特性中,RFID應該和醫療工作流程一起進行檢討和改善,才有辦法發揮最大效益;組織環境特性中,由於市場需求量不大,目前尋求合適的tag供應商為各家醫院共同面對的難題,有賴更多醫療產業RFID的應用,才能帶動醫療供應鏈上游及RFID硬體設備供應商市場的活絡,並確實串聯起醫療資訊,從醫療院所到遠距家庭醫療照護,才能發揮RFID最大效益。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Although the applications of RFID technology have been affected our life in many places, the supply chain revolution led by Wal-Mart with RFID technology is the main reason making the RFID more popular and popular in recent years. The trend pushes more RFID applications in different places, like IT manufacturing processes, transportation, biological technology, medicare, and so on. Among so many applications in different fields, outbreak of SARS in 2003 made medicare industry introduce the RFID technology more actively than others in Taiwan. The tracking, location, identification, mobile, and no contact characteristics of RFID can improve the control ability of contagious disease in hospitals and avoid epidemic spread. For this reason, the development of RFID became the main technology action pushed by Taiwan government and industries. After the SARS, more and more hospitals apply RFID technology in different fields especially in patients’ safety. Although it’s the initial stage of RFID applications in medicare in Taiwan, the introduction situations play important role to affect future technology implementation. This research takes the factors impacting IT implementation in technology innovation and diffusion theory as research concept. We can understand what are the important factors influencing the RFID implementation in present stage. Therefore, the findings can help hospitals do improvement and provide reference and recommendations to others hospitals’ RFID introduction.
Through interviews and data collections, the research findings are as follows: 1.Characteristics of the user community: Doctors’ resistance is the most important factor to affect implementation. 2.Characteristics of the organization: Managers’ support and integration of technical and medical teams play critical roles in RFID technology implementation. 3.Characteristics of the technology being adopted: RFID can supply more safe medicare and abundant medical information. 4.Characteristics of the task: In order to bring the most benefits, the RFID technology implementation should take medicare working process into consideration. 5.Characteristics of the organizational environment: Every hospital all wants to seek compatible RFID hardware suppliers. It needs more RFID applications to drive more needs in the medical industry. So, the hardware suppliers are willing to improve technology and bring more appropriate design for practical uses in hospital. | en |
