摘要: | 本研究分為兩個部分:一為麻醉自動控制系統之研發,另一為建立大鼠巴比妥鹽之麻醉模型。在麻醉控制系統研發方面,主要針對本實驗室所自行研發的麻醉回授控制系統加以改進,改進後之系統具有高度穩定性及高整合特性,經由系統所監測到的心跳、呼吸與平均血壓等麻醉深度有關的生命癥候均精確無誤。
建立麻醉模型須考量如體重、麻醉劑濃度、注射劑量等因素,本研究主要針對電生理實驗中的實驗動物大鼠為主,將其體重與麻醉劑濃度等參數固定,改變麻醉劑注射之時間,再將實驗動物自麻醉恢復所需之時間與麻藥注射之劑量作相關性分析,試圖結合從前大鼠自清醒至深度麻醉之資料。並應用此模型藉此回授系統自動控制實驗動物在最佳且穩定的麻醉深度。 本論文所完成之麻醉自動控制系統已經可以將大鼠之麻醉狀態控制在穩定的麻醉深度下。在麻醉模型的建立方面,也已經得到大鼠的恢復曲線,完成的麻醉控制系統與麻醉恢復曲線,為本實驗室的階段性目標,本實驗室也將基於此架構再繼續進行另一階段的研究實驗。 Developing an automatic control system for modeling anesthesia of rat is the aim of the thesis. The proposed control system is an improved version of the previous deign in our laboratory. It is shown that the new system is more stable and highly integrated than the old one. This device can precisely measure vital signs such as heart rate, respiratory rate, and mean arterial pressure. These are many factors should be taken into account while modeling anesthesia. Among these are the body weight of the experimental animal, the drug concentration, and the dosage applied. To clarify the relationship among these multiple variables, body weights of the rats and the concentration of the anesthetic agent (sodium pentobarbital) were regarded as parameters; that is, to keep them within a tight range or constant. Thereby, the dosage of the anesthetics can be represented by the infusion time. Since the falling phase has been formulated in our laboratory, the recovery phase is the major task done in this thesis. The data shown that a linear relationship exists between the recovery time and level of anesthesia. The developed automatic control system can stably maintain the depth of anesthesia of the rat. The recovery phase of the rat under anesthesia was also known. These achievements could meet the goal of our laboratory. Basing on this system, further studies will be carried out in the near future. |
