本實驗係針對SAF2507雙相不銹鋼,以同軸添加氮氣方式進行雷射銲接,控制氮氣流量以調整銲道中之α / γ比例。研究內容包含顯微組織、氮含量分析、硬度測試、腐蝕試驗等之雷射銲道特性評估。此外,本實驗亦針對母材及銲道試片,進行600-700℃熱處理,觀察析出相及其對腐蝕性質的影響。
實驗結果顯示,控制添加氮氣流量,可使銲道中之γ相增加,改變α / γ比例。本製程可補充一般雷射銲接過程中氮的流失,使銲道氮含量與母材相當。在硬度方面,氮藉由插入型固溶強化γ,彌補因α含量降低之硬(強)度損失,使銲道硬度與母材相近。
雙相不銹鋼含有眾多合金元素,經600℃銲後熱處理之試片會有γ 及碳化物析出,而經700℃熱處理者會有σ相、Cr2N、R-phase及χ-phase產生。上述之析出相很多是在晶界生成,對材料抗蝕性質會產生不利影響。添加氮氣之雷射銲接試片,於700℃熱處理時,可抑制σ相之析出,且隨銲道氮含量的增加,σ相析出量減少。
浸泡試驗顯示,As-welded試片之重量損失皆較經銲後熱處理者為低,其中經700℃熱處理者又較600℃者損失為高,且隨熱處理時間的增加,重量損失亦隨之增加。在As-welded或相同銲後熱處理狀況下,添加氮氣之N-30試片重量損失較N-15試片少,未添加氮氣之N-0試片則為本實驗中損失最多者。浸泡結果顯示:銲道試片之γ隨氮含量增加而增加,有助於材料之抗孔蝕性。
極化腐蝕試驗方面,As-welded試片之極化腐蝕速率則以N-0試片為最高,α與γ等量之N-15試片最低,N-30則較N-15稍高。試片若經銲後熱處理後,600℃處理者腐蝕速率較700℃者為低。
經700℃銲後熱處理後,N-0試片表面產生大量孔蝕,添加氮氣試片由於析出之σ相減少,孔蝕現象並不嚴重(N-30試片中有少許小孔,N-15中則無孔蝕現象)。整體而言,α / γ比例為50/50之N-15試片於HCl溶液中腐蝕速率最低。
