dc.description.abstract | 赤魷(Ommastrephes bartramii)廣泛分布於全球的亞熱帶到溫帶水域,在北太平洋則於1970年代即成為漁獲對象。魷漁業為臺灣重要的遠洋漁業之一,而臺灣的赤魷捕獲量約佔全球的三分之一。北太平洋赤魷族群可分為二地理群東北太平洋群(Northeast Pacific group, NEP)與西北太平洋群(Northwest Pacific group, NWP)。此外,亦存在一過渡群(interim group, ITM),其地理位置約分布於NWP群之北方,且根據生活史參數顯示可能來自於NEP群。雖然已有相當的研究探討赤魷的族群結構,不過目前尚無分子遺傳證據提供不同角度的推論。本研究利用微隨體基因座(microsatellite loci)技術,選殖適當的基因座並分析赤魷的族群結構。在2001 – 2004年間分別採集NWP群與2004年ITM群,共5赤魷族群。本研究共選殖6個微隨體基因座,皆具高度的多型性(平均NA = 36.2),且遺傳變異度高,在族群間有顯著差異存在。北太平洋赤魷族群皆明顯偏離哈溫平衡族群,且皆顯示異型合子不足現象,可能為族群合併效應(Wahlund’s effect)的結果。在赤魷的年間及地理群間,FST值顯示族群間無分化現象(p > 0.05),但RST值卻顯示族群間有明顯分化現象(p < 0.05)。FST與RST值的不一致情形,可能是依循不同模式建構的結果,也反映其對族群分化敏感度的差異。此結果建議北太平洋赤魷族群可能為一泛族群結構(panmictic population),NEP與NWP群因地理隔離而有一定程度的分化,但每年有部分的NEP群(即ITM群)會添加入NWP群的基因池,使其分化程度不高。而每年加入NWP群的ITM群,可能造成NWP群的年間差異。本研究結果證實北太平洋赤魷不同地理群的結構化,並對ITM群的產卵洄游過程提供新的證據。 | zh_TW |
