| dc.description.abstract | 本研究以臺灣大學圖書館網站為個案進行網站好用性評估，採用焦點團體訪談法及好用性測試兩種使用者導向之好用性評估方法，研究對象為臺灣大學在學學生。以瞭解使用者意見為主要目的，且透過觀察受試者使用網站過程有助於發掘網站設計細部問題，最後據此提出具體改善建議，供圖書館網站未來經營發展之參考。
研究結果發現普遍認為臺灣大學圖書館網站首頁設計美觀且與圖書館形象相符。但由於受試者往往帶著任務使用圖書館網站，首頁項目過多，需拉動頁面捲軸方可看到首頁所有資訊，而其中多數項目的使用率並不高，影響使用效率。而網站使用者習慣瀏覽而非閱讀網頁內容，因此網頁內容設計應以有利於使用者快速地找到所需資訊為內容編排重點。藉由好用性評估亦可發現資訊結構與網站好用與否息息相關，舉凡網站內容分類組織方式、項目如何命名、導覽系統的設計及站內搜尋功能的提供，皆關係著使用者能否順利瀏覽網站並從中取得所需資訊完成任務，是故一個好的網站關鍵不僅是提供優質的資訊內容，規劃良善的資訊結構亦為需著眼之處。本研究所提出之好用性評估建議模式可供欲著手進行網站好用性評估者參考。 最後針對研究結果提出四點建議：一、網站內容設計應以使用者需求為主要考量；二、圖書館內負責規劃管理網站之單位應落實監督之責；三、圖書館應善用網站特性推廣館內資源與服務；四、圖書館內應成立網站好用性小組定期進行網站好用性評估，網站設計應處處考量使用者需求，進行好用性評估目的在於發掘網站設計時疏漏之處並予以修正，使圖書館網站時時與使用者需求緊密結合，並透過評估、修正、再評估的循環，讓圖書館網站能夠徹底發揮其預期效益。 | zh_TW |
