dc.description.abstract | 本研究目的在於比較不給予麻醉前鎮靜給藥的propofol全靜脈麻醉(TIVA)和給予麻醉前鎮靜給藥的propofol TIVA間之差異。研究對象為需要全身麻醉且臨床上無重大健康問題的77隻犬隻。犬隻隨機分為三組,分別為未給予麻醉前鎮靜給藥之propofol全靜脈麻醉組(簡稱PT組)、給予靜脈注射acepromazine 0.05 mg/kg做為麻醉前鎮靜給藥的propofol全靜脈麻醉組(簡稱AT組)、及給予靜脈注射diazepam 0.3 mg/kg做為麻醉前鎮靜給藥的propofol全靜脈麻醉組(簡稱DT組)。本研究比較了三組間所需propofol之劑量、麻醉中生命現象、麻醉後恢復時間及恢復品質的差異。研究結果顯示AT組犬隻,其誘導麻醉平均劑量明顯較PT組低,其麻醉中平均心跳數和平均動脈壓亦較PT組低,且犬隻自發站立所需時間顯著較PT組延長。DT組犬隻於所有比較項目中,與PT組相較皆未發現有顯著差異。在麻醉恢復期,所有犬隻中有 19.5%出現恢復期併發症,併發症發生率組間無統計上顯著差異。三組犬隻的恢復品質判定為良好者皆超過八成。 | zh_TW |
