dc.description.abstract本研究主要目的在瞭解台灣海域紅肉旗魚(Kajikia audax)之生殖生物特性,所得之結果可提供資源評估與漁業管理所需之生物參數,以確保該魚種永續利用。自2004年7月至2010年9月,於屏東東港、臺東新港及宜蘭南方澳魚市場採集紅肉旗魚生殖腺樣本,並記錄其體長、體重與性別等資料。總計測量得1,260筆體長體重資料(雌魚536尾;雄魚683尾;無性別記錄者41尾),並採得其中534尾之生殖腺樣本(雌魚236尾;雄魚298尾),樣本體長(eye-to-fork length,EFL)範圍介於95~206公分,體重(round weight,RW)介於8~88公斤。採樣期間內總性比為0.44,經卡方檢定與0.5有顯著差異,各年內月份間性比經卡方檢定結果,2005年、2009年及2010年之年內月別性比間有顯著差異,2004年及2006~2008年則無差異;年別性比有差異;體長別性比經卡方檢定結果亦有顯著差異,體長(EFL)介於140~210公分時,雌魚所佔比例隨體長增加而上升。根據生殖腺成熟指數(gonadosomatic index,GSI)、生殖腺外觀及組織切片觀察分析結果,推估紅肉旗魚生殖季節為每年4至8月,生殖高峰期為6月至7月。經由組織切片及卵徑頻度分布觀察分析卵細胞發育之成熟過程,判斷紅肉旗魚之產卵型式為非同步成熟型(asynchronous)且為多次產卵之魚種(multiple-spawners)。紅肉旗魚50%性成熟體長雌魚為180.78公分(約4.8歲),雄魚為146.96公分(約2歲);根據卵巢內排卵後濾泡(postovulatory follicles)之退化特徵,估算生殖季節期間有生殖活動(reproductively active)之雌魚平均產卵比例(spawning fraction)為0.27,換算產卵頻率(spawning frequency)為平均每3.7天產卵一次;由精巢內精子生成、輸精管發育情形及精子所佔比例推估雄魚於生殖季節期間之排精比例為0.39,即排精頻率為每2.56天排精一次。本研究以水卵法估算平均單次孕卵數(batch fecundity)為4.38 ± 1.67 (mean ± S.E.)百萬粒卵,平均相對孕卵數(relative fecundity)為每公克雌魚體重含有53.61 ± 13.9粒卵細胞,平均年孕卵數為181.28 ± 48.27百萬粒卵。zh_TW
