近年來,隨著中國大陸經濟的發展,其3C產品的市場需求也出現大幅度的增長,整個消費市場也不再像過去特別集中在環渤海、長三角與珠三角地區。當中國內地省份的市場逐步成長時,廠商勢必要重新檢視自身的供應鏈系統狀況,以及是否需要進行任何的調整以維持其競爭力。 本研究以某一資訊通路商為例,針對其目前所面臨之市場狀況,如何將現行的供應鏈系統,發展出多階層的配送網路,以求有效地降低其物流成本。本研究以混合整數規劃,在不同計價方式與不同承包公司的考量下,針對廠商在制定第二階層物流中心的設置地點與數量,以及各運送路徑所採用的運送模式等決策,進行長期的規劃。 Abstract China has become one of the world’s fast-growing economies, with average growth rates of 10% for the past few years. Yet all signs point to a consumer spending boom in China, and the economy will experience a substantial growth which is based largely on domestic demand, especially the consumer market. However, recent studies have found that the consumer markets are becoming more dispersed than before, especially for the inland cities that have experience a significant growth. It is important for companies to review their supply chain system and make any adjustment if necessary to maintain their competitiveness. This paper focused on IT distribution industry, discovering the method of developing a multi-echelon supply chain system. Provide managers a proposition, which were based on quantitative methods, of the optimal location for second-tier DC, using mixed-integer linear programming model. |
