摘要: | 供應鏈管理理論的興起迄今約15年,以往的研究比較注重於流程作業層面,本研究則關注供應鏈管理與實踐對於商業模式創新的啟發。於此,主要探索供應鏈觀點之下的商業活動包括:商、物、金、資訊、人力流的整合應用以及這些營運活動經由創新管理的過程,其所展示的發展過程與商業模式為何?文獻探討過程中發現,本研究主題的關注點即為傳統產業發展成為知識密集服務產業的重要一環;至於供應鏈管理理論是否進一步促發「供應鏈服務產業」的生成,則仍然有待產、官、學界的共同投入、發展與探討。本文主要聚焦於知名案例「利豐集團」之研討;由此一案例深入研究,運用多重的分析-策略定位、企業價值鏈、產業價值鏈、產業競爭力、植基核心能力成長模式和創新機制,其後歸納出案例的關鍵成功因素以及創新實踐模型。
本研究的價值在於啟發分置於商、物、金、資訊、人力流之功能區塊的傳統產業企業,如何應用供應鏈管理理論與實務實踐的觀點,以創新的思維和突破的作為產生創新商業模式,茲以因應和迎接湧向大中華區市場的國際競爭與全球商機。 The theories of supply chain management have been developing for the past 15 years. In the past, most of the researches mainly focused on the operational flows of supply chain management. The study here pays more attentions on taking the advantages of supply chain management theories and its practices to inspire the innovations in establishing new business operations and models. Hereby, in the viewpoint of supply chain management, the study conducts researches on integrating business, logistical, financial, information and manpower flows to explore new business operations and models with their developments. During the processes of information collection, the study also finds out - the main concerned topics in the study are ways to evolve a traditional business to become a knowledge-intensive service business in the supply chain domain. In regarding with how to develop the supply chain service industry coming reality, it is necessary for experts in the commercial, government and academic fields to invest their time and work much together. The study uses Li & Fung Group as an example and analyzes the example by different ways including- strategy and position, enterprise value chain, industrial value chain, industrial competitions, competence-based growth model and innovation mechanism. After the different ways of analyses, the study summarizes the business critical successful factors and business innovation fulfilled model of Li & Fung Group. The value of this study comes out to inspire companies, which independently run businesses in the functional territories of business flow, logistical flow, financial flow, information flow or manpower flow - the companies might be able to take the advantages of supply chain management theories and its practices bravely to create new business models with integrated supply chain management for encountering international competitions and also catching global business opportunities in the greater China region. |
