摘要: | 台灣油杉(Keteleeria davidiana var. formosana Hayata),英文名稱為Taiwan Cow-tail Fir以及David Keteleeria。油杉僅產於台灣及中國,台灣油杉為台灣特有種。僅在北部坪林一帶和南部大武山區,於400-700公尺的稜線或山坡上,發現有天然植群,呈不連續破碎分佈於台灣南北兩端,是中華民國政府明令保護的稀有植物。
台灣油杉葉部跟小枝以甲醇浸泡三次,浸泡液經減壓濃縮,用水和乙酸乙酯作畫分,利用管柱層析法以梯度沖提方式,以及高效能液相層析法(HPLC)做分離純化。得到的純化合物再以氫核磁共振圖譜、碳核磁共振圖譜、紅外線光譜以及質譜來推測結構。若經化學資料庫 MDL Crossfire Commander 查詢為已知化合物,則與文獻值比對確認;若為尚未被發表過之新化合物,或屬天然物之首次分離,則需二維核磁共振圖譜、以及高解析質譜加以輔助,來判斷其結構。 本次實驗之成果共計43個化合物,分別為 : 一、 Apocarotenoids 化合物2個 二、 芳香族類(Aromatics)化合物7個 三、 雙萜類(Diterpenoids)化合物17個 四、 類黃酮類(Flavonoids)化合物1個 五、 木酚素類(Lignoids)化合物14個 六、 其他類(Others)化合物2個 其中有7個為新化合物。 Keteleeria davidiana var. formosana Hayata, an endemic plant of Taiwan, is also known as Cow-tail or David Keteleeria. These natural plants are only found in North part of Taiwan around Pinling township, and Mt. Tawum in the Southern Taiwan. They abruptly distributed in North and South end of Taiwan, growing along the crest line from 400-700m on the mountainside. Moreover, they are one of the rare plants which the Government proclaimed for protection. The methanol extract from the leaves and twigs of Keteleeria davidiana var. formosana Hayata was concentrated to give a residue which was suspended into water and then partitioned with ethyl acetate. The ethyl acetate layer was separated by column chromatography on silica gel, preparative thin layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to give forty-three compounds. Among them, seven are new compounds. The total isolates included two apocarotenoids, seven aromatics, seventeen diterpenoids, one flavonoid, forteen lignoids, and two others. Of these compounds, the known compounds were compared with those reported in literatures or authentic samples. The new and first isolated from natural source compounds were elucidated by spectral analysis (including 1D and 2D NMR techniques and IR) and HR-MS spectrum. |
