dc.description.abstract | 近年來,許多國家利用熊蜂替設施栽培作物授粉的技術已相當成熟,由於前例顯示,使用外來熊蜂種類替農作物授粉有生態上的風險,因此台灣嚴格限制外來熊蜂進口。目前已建立繁殖技術的台灣本土熊蜂當中,精選熊蜂 (Bombus eximius Smith) 被評估為最適合開發利用的授粉熊蜂。爲使台灣農民能利用熊蜂於設施栽培作物進行授粉,本研究以網室栽培牛番茄和草莓 (桃園三號) 為試驗對象,評估精選熊蜂授粉的效益。番茄授粉試驗中,以番茄生長素 (4-CPA) 處理作為對照組。觀察精選熊蜂的授粉行為,發現精選熊蜂能有效率地行震動授粉。精選熊蜂授粉的番茄每層花結果 4.73 ± 0.15 顆,而番茄生長素處理的番茄每層花只結果 2.87 ± 0.30 顆,顯示精選熊蜂授粉的番茄著果率明顯高於生長素處理者。在果實形態方面,精選熊蜂授粉的番茄腔室佔整顆果實比例較大,內含漿質較多,因此熊蜂授粉的番茄較為飽滿多汁。在草莓授粉試驗中,以西方蜜蜂授粉作為對照組。結果發現,在面積為 500 m2 的草莓網室內,精選熊蜂只採集花蜜,沒有震動授粉的行為,而西洋蜜蜂則出現過度訪花的現象。在這個情況下,熊蜂授粉的草莓畸形果較少,產量比西方蜜蜂授粉的草莓多 13.04%。本研究結果證實,使用精選熊蜂替設施栽培番茄授粉,可以促進果實的質與量,並且節省勞力。而在小面積的草莓栽培設施中,精選熊蜂是比西洋蜜蜂更好的選擇。 | zh_TW |
