| dc.description.abstract | 在以往的資料庫系統開發上，系統開發工程師最常想到的應用資料庫往往就是Relation-DB，可說就是直覺式的反應。但是在XML語言的出現以及XML-DB的漸漸成熟完善後，提供了我們一個新的選擇。XML-DB所展現的一些優勢，已經是Relation-DB所不能比擬地。在本論文中，我們欲善盡XML的特性，用XML-DB來建立一個時間資料庫系統，並且亦利用Relation-DB同樣建立一個時間資料庫系統。藉由基於這兩種全然相異資料庫的系統，比較其各項利弊得失，以藉此來展現出XML-DB以文件導向的角度來開發資料庫系統的優越性。 | zh_TW |
