摘要: | 本篇論文針對牙醫手持鑽機中已組裝完成之氣渦輪筒匣動不平衡量測,開發微型高速氣渦筒匣用性能檢測及動平衡機,將動不平衡量測與平衡校正整合於一體中,依據筒匣形狀尺寸及量測的需求,完成建構檢測與動平衡機的功能與實體架構,並整合了自行開發的系統軟硬體。筒匣被穩固夾持在兩個彈性支撐座上,筒匣的動不平衡所造成的離心振動力都將反應在其上,可以經過應變量測測得。
透過振動、轉角和轉速量測得知轉動筒匣在兩個量測面的不平衡分佈,再經過動平衡運算與除料完成筒匣的動平衡處理。除了動不平衡檢測之外,系統也可以進行筒匣運轉性能、組裝和元件品質之檢測。經過動平衡處理高速筒匣運轉品質可以改善60%以上。本研究開發的檢測及動平衡機對400 krpm轉動筒匣可到達ISO轉軸平衡等級G16。以分析和實驗的結果為基礎,歸納出量測精確度之影響因素,並激發出改善策略方案。 The aim of this thesis is to design and develop an inspection and dynamic balancing system for handling miniature high-speed turbine cartridges of dental headpieces. According to the balancing requirement and the cartridge form, the functional and the embodiment layout for the inspection and dynamic balancing system are carried out. It also integrates with self-developed hard- and soft-wares for system control. The to be tested cartridge is clamped by two elastic supporting racks, and the unbalance vibration induced by rotating cartridge causes their deformations, which are measured by the attached strain gauges. Through measurement of vibration, angular displacement and speed, the unbalance distribution of the cartridge on two measurement planes located on the two elastic supporting racks can be derived. The balancing process is accomplished by the balancing algorithmic operation and unbalance removing operation. Besides the dynamic balancing operation, the system can also be used for detecting the performance of rotating cartridge and its assembly and part qualities. Through the dynamic balancing operation, the rotating quality of high-speed cartridge can be over 60 % improved. Our developed inspection and dynamic balancing system can achieve the ISO G16 balancing level for 400 krpm rotating cartridge. Based on the analytical and experimental results, influential factors and manners for measurement and balancing accuracies are derived, which arouse our improvement strategy. |
