| Abstract: | 蔗糖磷酯合成酶 (sucrose phosphate synthase, SPS, EC 2.4.1.14) 是植物蔗糖生合成的重要調控酵素，本論文以綠竹筍之筍殼為材料，進行 SPS 之生化學研究。粗抽液經陰離子交換層析 (DEAE-Sepharose CL-6B chromatography) 後，發現有兩種 SPS 活性分劃，分別經親和層析 ( Sucrose phosphate synthase (SPS, EC 2.4.1.14) is an important regulatory enzyme in sucrose-biosynthetic pathway. In this study, SPS was isolated from bamboo shells and two distinguished isofroms were identified using DEAE-Spharose CL-6B chromatography.
